Our client a high growth luxury lifestyle experiences company have an exciting opportunity for a f&b procurement manager to join their team based in riyadh, ksa. your responsibilities leading a team of 4, you will manage and execute all the purchases in timely and in cost effective manner while maintaining business satisfaction. provide the management with the best purchases options and best practices to utilize the company's financial resources through building long-term relationships with the suppliers. develop and manage the purchasing system through collaboration with the it department and business heads to ensure smooth operations. respond to the submitted purchasing requests including pr, po. etc. in timely and accurate manner and in line with the set policies search for new suppliers through the development of the sourcing plan and conducting negotiations with the suppliers to provide the business heads with the recommendations. build strategic relationships with the suppliers to ensure the consistency of supplying business needs with the required quality and with best prices. manage the contracting process through the review of the contracts amounts in line with the authority matrix, contracts drafting, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with the policies and business requirements. your qualifications bachelors degree educated at least 8 years experience in f&b procurement f&b, restaurants or hospitality background is essential knowledge of the saudi procurement market is highly preferred, but uae market experience can also be considered arabic speaking is advantageous, but not essential halian group with over 20 years of experience, we have come to understand that innovation is the only way to provide agile, practical solutions that transform businesses and careers. our resourcing and smart services help you to realize tomorrow's potential. discover the amazing things possible when you bring the right people and the right technologies together.
