what you'll be doing

people will be at the heart of what you'll do, guaranteed. as a client delivery supervisor at adecco, you will serve as a primary client contact onsite, as well as the initial escalation point for any client questions and concerns. you’ll be working in a busy manufacturing environment providing floor supervisor to our associate employees at one of the top manufacturers in cleveland, tn. every day will require your ability to be a skilled communicator and to make decisions that will have a positive impact on our clients and our associates! this position requires an eye for safety and quality.

about you

minimum of two to five years in the staffing or manufacturing industry, preferred

previous forklift experience is a plus!

excellent communication skills and able to have successful working relationships with colleagues, client management, and associate employees.

excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills

process- and kpi- oriented

excellent microsoft office (word, excel & powerpoint) and database skills, along with the ability to learn new software

capable of problem resolution and task prioritization

demonstrated ability to build & maintain strong candidate relationships and networks

high energy, results-driven and solution-oriented attitude
