Service specialist - united states, jacksonville (north carolina)

adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a service specialists position.

 

type: 40hrs/wk. contract

location: onsite – winston salem, nc

pay: $18.00/hr.

length: three (3) months with possibility of extension

shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm

 

responsibilities for the service specialist job include but are not limited to:

answer incoming telephone calls and direct call traffic to the proper person

place orders for food and beverages for use during meetings as assigned

perform basic mathematical calculations using a calculator/computer to accurately figure production time and labor time

sort, distribute and meter us mail with knowledge of current postal rates

 

qualifications for this service specialists job:

high school diploma or equivalent

ability to multitask with attention to detail

ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater

ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.

working knowledge of microsoft products including outlook, word, and excel etc.
