filament is a hair salon specializing in curly hair. we are looking to hire a dedicated and motivated hair stylist that is passionate about naturally curly and wavy hair textures. if this sounds like you, we’re looking forward to meeting you.
training is provided.
this position is full-time.
no clientele needed - you’ll be booked with us in no time. :)
position duties include:
-hair cutting, coloring, and styling.
-welcoming costumers and ensuring they’re comfortable.
-advising clients on suitable haircuts, colors, and treatments.
-recommending suitable hair products.
the ideal candidate must:
-be costumer service oriented.
-have a passion for curly and wavy hair.
-have a friendly and welcoming demeanor toward coworkers and guests.
-have an outstanding work ethic.
-take initiative to complete required tasks independently.
-team oriented leadership
*ny cosmetology license required
