Clinical quality lpn - united states, fayetteville (arkansas)

adecco medical & science is working with a client in bentonville, ar to hire an on-site lpn for their urgent care facility. 

responsibilities include:

assisting provider with exams & procedures

clinical intake of patients and responsible for accurately updating records

ability to prepare and administer all medications, including iv medications and fluid administration, im, sq, po, and intradermal medication as ordered by provider

oversee patient care flow

complete oh testing

requirements include:

hs diploma or ged

ar lpn licensure - active and in good standing

graduation from an accredited lpn program

bls/cpr certification
