cook - skills and experiences:
• must be able to work saturday and sunday brunch.
• assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
• preparing food, including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks
• experience with indonesian cooking is a huge bonus
• experience making dumplings, curry, and roti is a plus
• working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
• works well with others and enjoys being part of a team
• washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
• ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations

assistant general manager-skills & requirements:
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• strong service, food and beverage knowledge required
• detail oriented, organized and professional
• high volume, fast-paced, high profile restaurant experience preferred
• ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment
• strong computer skills
• experience in setting up new restaurants + operational knowledge
• must have wine knowledge
• experience in modern asian cuisine a bonus- not compulsory! **

the assistant general manager will work closely with all members of the restaurant’s management team to ensure the restaurant is operating according to the standards set by the executive management. the assistant general manager is an integral and active member of service. they are expected to be hands-on from the beginning to the end of the guest experience – with guests, the front of house team, and with back of house team.
