responsibilities for this position include:
prepares raw materials and shipment reports.
updates the natural gas report daily.
updates mss system with raw materials, orders, shipments, and releases.
responsible for customer complaints and incident reports.
responsible for the receipt and consumption of acid shipments.
distributes statistical and control data as required by customer and laboratory requests/ coa’s.
entering prices in mss, receiving bills of lading and invoices and preparation of all required documents.
maintains customer and logistics files for proper accountability for product and raw material inventories.
required education and experience
2 year or technical diploma/degree
requires proficient knowledge of logistic regulations for various states and countries.
2 years office of experience
additional eligibility qualifications
requires ability to communicate effectively
experience with accounts payable software
experience with oracle financial and accounting systems
experience with enterprise asset management systems
experience with microsoft office, excel, word, powerpoint
experience with interactive computer software systems
requires accurate and timely functionality
