our small kitchen team is looking to expand. we are looking for an experienced part time line cook with a passion for cooking and a great attitude and a part time dishwasher to join our team. 1-2 years restaurant experience is required - minimum 6 months in the kitchen - will train the right candidate. 

line cook responsibilities include
setting up for service -
light prep needed for service
working the line - picking up dishes according to the established standard
breaking down station at the end of the night
keeping lines between peers and foh open
creative input
fabrication of different poultry & fish - will train on this if necessary
attention to detail - presentation and food quality

requirements
1-2 years restaurant experience
minimum 6 months as a line cook
valid food handler’s card
pm & weekend availability
ability to work clean and efficiently
basic kitchen etiquette
great knife skills
must be eager to learn!

dishwasher responsibilities include
maintaining a clean and organized kitchen space
light prep / helping with family meal 
collecting & washing dirty dishes & tools
organizing clean dishes & tools
