we are looking for motivated people with experience working in a busy kitchen to join our team. open for almost seven years, we are building a reputation for authentic, delicious, fresh sushi. we want our customers to think it is the best sushi they ever tried, and to feel happy in our shop. we are really proud of the customer reviews on time out london, and want to keep exceeding expectations for a small, local place.
two of our wonderful team will be leaving london soon, and we would love to replace them with equally wonderful people. could that be you?
we are open tuesday - sunday, 11-5. must be flexible to cover morning preparation and weekends.
