job summary

coordinate new and existing customer activities including internal and external communications, reporting and trending customer data.

essential responsibilities:

• build customer relationships by identifying customer needs, coordinating services, monitoring customer trends, and managing expectations.

• manage or triage customer requests, inquiries, and complaints, and provide technical assistance, make recommendations, and facilitate solutions.

• create and maintain program specifications within the data management system.

• maintain various information systems related to project and customer data.

• analyze and maintain customer account information to assist with forecasting market trends

• analyze historical product information to assist with sales projections

• ensure effective communication and execution of delegated customer program activities.

• responsible for the invoicing process, including review of orders, approval, and crediting customer accounts.

• assist with internal and external billing inquires and issues.

• assist with customer information and materials in billing information systems including new customer requests, changes, pricing and discount uploads, purchase orders (pos) and credit card security, and troubleshooting and beta testing.

• maintain streamlined business- and customer-specific reports.

• ensure adherence to pertinent regulatory requirements and to departmental policies, practices and procedures.

• perform all other related duties as assigned.

job qualifications

• high school diploma or comparable education, required.

• bachelor s degree (b.a./b.s.) preferred in accounting, finance, business, or a scientific-related discipline.

• three to five years related experience

• an equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

• proficient use of microsoft office products, including word, excel, outlook, and powerpoint.

• ability to quickly learn new software programs as needed.
