victoria square and the orangery restaurant is the only 5 star visit scotland/aa accredited hospitality business in the city of stirling. this is a fantastic opportunity to join our small team as the business continues to grow and build on its already outstanding reputation. we are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is a keen team member and willing to learn. we can be flexible in the hours and duties to suit the availability and skills of the right candidate

initial responsibilities include:

cooking breakfast (potential to work and learn from our chef team, if this was an area of interest).
general kitchen duties.
clean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard.
general housekeeping duties throughout the house.
waiting on could be included for candidates with an interest or previous experience.

key skills:

strong team working skills.
excellent communication and time keeping.
honesty, reliability, flexibility and willingness to learn.
a focus on customer service.

we are particularly interested in individuals with hospitality backgrounds with experience in any of cooking, housekeeping or waiting on, cooking. however, previous hospitality experience is not essential and is secondary to the right attitude.
