the role of operations manager is to oversee a group of projects across multiple sites. responsibilities will include managing a team of 10-15 frontline staff, coordinating work streams, getting results, delivering contracts, overseeing premises, monitoring compliance and data reporting systems. it is essential to have a genuine interest and passion for the work we do, our approaches, and putting our clients first. you will be supported to immerse yourself in all aspects of our work to enable you to attain a good knowledge of client support, our approaches, housing management, regulatory and legislative frameworks.
