we are a housing charity based in south wales, we prevent homelessness, provide housing and create opportunities. we aim to provide a great service to our clients every day, connecting people, homes & opportunities.

willow provides intensive housing related support 24-hours a day. new mill is a community-based project that provides step down support usually between 9am-5pm with out of hours phone support via the willow. both projects are funded by housing support grant and work closely with swansea council’s oasis pathway stakeholders including care managers. as part of support, willow tenants can be assisted with their medication if required.

as a result, willow is registered with care inspectorate wales as a domiciliary service under risca regulations. the successful applicant must meet the requirements to be a registered manager with social care wales and uphold all codes of practice.
