Part time houskeeper / carer - united kingdom, bangor, county down

we are seeking a reliable, experienced part time houskeeper carer to support an elderly couple living in their home. one of them has dementia and is struggling with being able to cook and manage daily household chores.

duties will include

meal preparation

medication administration

checking appliances (is the freezer shut, is the dryer being used correctly)

cleaners come once a week but daily checks are required of the bathrooms and bedding.

occasional shopping, as required

family are very supportive and are on hand to answer questions, routine is key

ideal hours are monday to friday 9am - 1hr and 5:30pm - 1hr

ideally you will have experience of working in a private home or care home setting. a dbs check will be required (cost covered by employer) and two references.
