to succeed in this maintenance engineer role, you will:

have a consistent approach in dealing with issuescarry out and complete internal maintenance projects and continuous improvement activitieseffectively deal with breakdown issues, temporary/permanent repairs, and modificationscarry out routine planned maintenance and monitoring along with rectifying all maintenance issues that arise during the shifthave experience as a multi-skilled electrical and mechanical engineer (strong electrical skills essential)possess high levels of electrical and mechanical diagnostic/fault-finding skills and the application of remedial work in such situationsreport any issues and maintain good communication with all departmentsensure that equipment downtime is kept to a minim and building upkeep is maximised through efficient response times and continuous improvementsonsite job tasks may include, but are not limited to:

painting and decoratingmaintenance of equipment and toolsbasic plumbingbasic electrical worksbasic carpentry work (adjustments of doors, kitchen units, etc)furniture assemblyexternal works including gardening and general grounds maintenancewe welcome applications for this maintenance engineer position from candidates with experience in the following areas: maintenance, park leisure homes, holiday, lodge, fault finding, remedial works, repairs, pc literate, customer service, multi-skilled, modifications, communication, kpis, property maintenance, maintenance engineer.
