job duties included but not limited to: 

data entry

coordinate with subcontractors

need to be able to review and understand annual insurance requirements

schedule and attend board meetings

manage maintenance

this is a part time position - temp to hire opportunity 

25 to 40 hours dependent on needs

ability to set your own schedule

$24/hr. - paid weekly through adecco.
