purchase ledger clerk required for an exciting permanent opportunity working for a well established business based in wellington with an open and friendly culture. you will be working as part of close knit team and be solely responsible for the day to day running of the purchase ledger function processing up to 350 invoices on a monthly basis. your daily duties will include matching batching and coding invoices, processing payments by bacs, reconciling supplier statements and resolving supplier queries. you will also be required to process employee expenses, reconcile company credit cards and assist with bank reconciliations.
this is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced purchase ledger clerk who is looking for a new role or an aat studier looking for a role where you can learn and develop within the business. you must have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong eye for detail. you must also have strong working knowledge of microsoft excel and other computerised accounting software.
