hours: 40 hours per week monday - friday 8am - 4pm

what will you be doing?

operating mobile plant (loading shovel 360 handler, telehandler)

assist members of the public, visitors and on site and advise where necessary

report all service and safety concerns.

work as a team.

check equipment and mobile plant before using them.

keep the site clean and tidy.

inspecting waste received at the waste transfer stations.

verify all incoming materials and only accept them if they comply with the criteria

minor maintenance to plant equipment such as bulb changes and oil level check.

complete and report the daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance of the mobile plant.

what are we looking for?

in date loading shovel licence essential (other mobile plant licenses would be beneficial)

basic understanding of health & safety

previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial

ability to work well as part of a team

experience in plant operation
