hiremech is a very friendly and successful business based in the heart of tottenham. we hire, rent and sell forklift trucks to a customer base largely within the m25. our customers, and our team of mobile engineers rely on our service office to answer the telephone, reply to emails and schedule the work load of servicing and repairing our fleet of forklift trucks in a professional and efficient manner.
you will be working as part of an established team with good experience and we welcome new people and new talent. the environment is busy and has a strong team ethic.
the skill set required is:
customer focused
ideally some experience of providing customer service in a busy environment
have a good telephone manner
have good basic keyboard skills
have a robust character able to deal with customers and mobile engineers who rely on your communication skills
be a team player
be reliable
be safety conscious
