adecco is currently assisting a local client to staff for a temporary part time accounting position working 20-30 hours per week in fort collins, co! this position is a temp opportunity, with a pay rate of $20-$25 per hour depending on experience!

in this role you will:

process customer invoices out of all systems daily

distribute invoices to customer – either by mail or e-mail

process customer credits

research invoicing issues

work with sales team on sales tax requests

additional duties as required

the accounts payable part of this position is responsible for completing payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices for certain vendors

 

requirements

minimum of 2 years of general accounting experience – non negotiable

high school diploma required, college courses in accounting preferred and considered a plus

must have strong work ethics

must be well organized and a self-starter

must be able to follow standard filing procedures

detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable

proficient in excel and word, 10-key by touch

 

20 - 30 hours a week

 

pay $20 - $25 per hour
