adecco is currently assisting a local client for 1st shift laboratory technician in fort collins, co! this position is a temp opportunity, with a pay rate of $20 per hour.

primary responsibilities:

the laboratory technician will work with chemists to perform lab functions to develop and qualify industry leading environmental and process monitoring instruments.

perform validation testing to ensure that water quality and process monitoring equipment will meet published performance specifications.

perform audit checks on manufacturing test systems producing a variety of sensor types.

collate and organize test result data in spreadsheet format.

analyze test result data in collaboration with chemists using statistical methods.

calibrate reference instrumentation according to documented methods.

requirements:

high school diploma or equivalent.

strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

excellent written and verbal communication skills.

strong team player, results-oriented, and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment.

proficient with microsoft office, specifically excel and word.

desired:

experience working in a laboratory environment.

hours monday – friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

the payrate for laboratory technician is  $20.00 per hour
