food and beverage supervisor

the food & beverage supervisor will have responsibility for the service of food and beverage to residents, spa guests and local visitors for breakfast, lunch and dinner. candidates will be working on a shift pattern across 5 days including weekends, working two of the three meal services each day. the hotel also has a brasserie, bar and lounge as well as a range of beautiful private dining rooms for functions, weddings, celebrations, conferences and other events.

the ideal food and beverage supervisor will have the following:
