adecco is now hiring for a customer service representative in the menomenee falls area at bradley corporation. the customer service representative i provides an exceptional bradley experience to customers and sales reps requesting order status, pricing and product lead-time information.

requirements:

*provide information to sales reps or customers regarding status of order and/ or updates.

*seamlessly route calls through the customer service department.

*prepare, submit, follow up and close all freight claims with carriers.

*prepare canada customs invoices for commercial plumbing group orders.

*scan and index documents into electronic filing system,

provide backup for reception and mailroom support (sorting and coordinating bulk mailings).
