colortec (belfast) ltd have an opening and are looking for the right person to recruit as a new member to their team.
are you up for the challenge and the rewards?
applicants must be experienced in all aspects of the repair process; from prep to completion, and all points in between. you must be able to take on a repair and complete it to a high standard working unsupervised.
basic stripping and fitting.
repairing and using filler.
mixing paint, tinting colour, and spraying paint and clear-coat.
important.
you must be over 25yrs (for insurance reasons), have a full drivers licence, speak english as your first language or to that standard and be resident in n.ireland.
a knowledge of smart repair techniques would also be an advantage.
colortec belfast ltd is a small local business and so you will almost certainly be customer facing on occasions and possibly dealing with customers from initial enquiry right through to completion; so good communication skills are essential.

hrs of work - mon - fri 09.00-17.00
28 days holiday per year
trial / evaluation period of up to 3 months depending on the applicant’s skill and experience.
after completing trial a period
your pay moves to a basic salary plus a bonus related to your performance
(ote £30000+ / yr)
but could easily be higher if you're prepared to work hard - (the more you do the more you earn)
