shift/hours: monday – friday, 8:00am to pacific standard time (open to other time zones) />position comments:

responsibilities for this case administration analyst job include, but are not limited to:

  • claimant management - ensures excellent customer service internally and/or externally with claimants in the mass tort field. effectively resolves issues and serves as a resource for issue escalation. hold team members accountable, work to remove obstacles and escalate issues appropriately. plan for and manage work schedules and peak volume times to ensure consistent service.
  • project execution – continually meet project requirements (implementation, deadline management, client status reporting and other necessary project communication, and coordinates with the various operational teams) to deliver all project deliverables on time, within budget and at the highest quality standards.
  • operating standards – participate in the development, and implementation of a set of standards by which all client service staff operate to create a best in practice culture that allows for similar level of service regardless of the project staff assigned
  • research & communication – research claim inquiries and appropriately communicate findings with clients, claimants, and/or other operational departments, research process issues and effectively communicate with project teams and other operational departments. manage and answer calls from claimants professionally. evaluate and analyze claimant inquiries to appropriately answer their questions and effectively communicate next steps. partner with project specialists to delegate and manage these requests in an effective manner.
  • reporting & documentation – ensure quality project reporting and summaries, perform analysis of reporting and ensure quality assurance, draft claimant letters, draft project telephone scripts.
     
  • qualifications for this case administration analyst job:

  • bachelor’s degree required.
  • minimum 2 years working in a legal environment with administrative or project coordinator/case manager role experience preferred
  • experience with file upload and document management
  • experience with system navigation and problem-solving
  • experience managing portfolio of claimants and/or cases
  • experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
  • experience working with claimant support
