responsible for providing administrative support by documenting staff changes, performance reports and communications.

track, document and communicate recruitment needs with all parties

manage daily hr functions for the site, support hrbp in admin and hr based tasks

oversee site operations, support onboarding for new workers

requirements:

3-5 years of experience in an hr based role

bachelor's degree preferred.

bi-lingual spanish strongly preferred.
