Materials analyst - united states, orlando

adecco is hiring immediately for materials analysts at a local client in orlando, fl. materials analysts do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with starting pay at $25.00/hr., plus available overtime. as a materials analyst, you will provide support to the materials department through monitoring materials requirements systems, cycle count activities, and vendor open order reports. this role assists the buyers with various duties including expediting shortages, data analysis, updating purchase orders, and managing multiple priorities daily.
 
requirements:

 

associate degree in business or materials-related function required – previous work experience may be considered for equivalency

bachelor's degree (or higher) in business or materials-related function preferred

experience in a highly customizable, fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred

experience with mrp and/or erp systems as well as microsoft office tools preferred

knowledge of basic material purchasing practices preferred

strong analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills

ability to develop and deploy creative/original solutions to complex problems

excellent interpersonal and communication skills
