coffee roasters require candidates to:

complete production coffee roasting on large scale farina & probat roasters

cupping coffee with the qc team

forklift operations

packaging, shipping, product fulfillment, and allocation

packaging & labeling

work with team members to track inventory

work with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues

operating weight and fill machines

operating heat scalers

unloading green coffee shipments

following daily production schedule that fluctuates seasonally

daily/weekly/monthly cleaning tasks

adherence to sqf food safety protocols

candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this coffee roaster position: 

ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

mechanical aptitude, high attention to detail

covid-19 vaccination required

full time – monday – friday with occasional overtime/saturday work depending on season.
