adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a 1st shift material handler with previous kitting experience. this position is in tucson, az pay rate of $18.00/hour this state-of-the-art facility is a global provider of inventive solutions that connect and protect vital electrical equipment and systems-and the people who use them.
essential functions:
maintains inventory by receiving, identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock after release from incoming inspection, recording location of inventory.
locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
maintains kanban inventory in racks by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.
receives credit-return material and supplies from production by verifying materials and supplies code and lot number and quantity, placing materials in stock.
prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
documents product shipment by recording units shipped.
maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use and post-use inspections.
