main purpose of the position

process and validate monthly ship through claims from distributors with a high degree of accuracy and within specified time frames

build effective working external relationships with distributors and internal relationships with pricing, master data and sales.

ensuring accuracy of payments made to distributors and corresponding internal indirect sales figures

priority medium term deliverables

to process and validate monthly ship through claims from distributors to ensure that distributors are paid within a given time frame, and internal indirect sales figures are accurately produced

to ensure that all claims are completely reconciled prior to payment

to assist in the management of existing distributors and assist in the rollout of the indirect sales reporting process to new distributors.

to build effective working external relationships with distributors and internal relationships with pricing, master data and sales.

to provide outstanding support to the business and external customers, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations
