customer service associate - italian speaking - global pharmaceutical company

planet pharma are working a global biopharmaceutical company who are looking for someone to join their customer service team.

our client is globally renowned for their work across various therapeutic areas and are further growing their customer service team.

as part of this role, you will be responsible for:

• accepting incoming calls, chats, tickets, redirect calls/tickets etc.

• creating tickets and document all activities in ticket system (servicenow) in line with company quality standards.

• performing troubleshooting to resolve or escalate to the appropriate tier 2 teams.

• researching and resolving more complex field/scientific application and business process issues.

• providing follow-up and status update inquiries to end users on your open ticket queue

• utilising knowledgebase to address end user inquiries and create knowledgebase draft articles to address knowledge gaps.

this is a 12 month contract with opportunity to extend past this and is a great opportunity to gain experience in the pharmaceutical industry. this position offers hybrid working with 50% office working required.

for this position, our client is looking for someone who speaks fluent italian or french. you must have excellent customer service experience/skills but pharmaceutical experience is not required making it a great opportunity to gain exposure in this industry.
