the client

our client are an award-winning contractor with over 40 years' experience within the social housing sector. they deliver design and build projects, property maintenance and a range of refurbishment services. due to demand, they are looking to recruit an experienced multi skilled trades / finisher for their project in hereford.

the role

you will be working on domestic properties completing multi skilled finishing and snagging works to ensure the properties are ready for hand over to the client.

duties:

patch plastering

patch tiling

siliconing/sealing around baths, kitchen worktops, sinks etc.

painting

cleaning and clearing down

tickets, qualifications & experience required:

current valid cscs card

experienced in multi skilled trades

tools & full ppe

asbestos awareness (however, this is not essential as we can arrange for you to do this online prior to starting on site)

working reference

eligibility to work in the uk.
