Quality systems specialist - united states, grand rapids

adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a quality systems specialist position. 

 

type: 40hrs/wk.  project – w2

start date:  within the next two (2) weeks

location:  intersect of patterson avenue se and 33rd street se

pay: $25.00/hr

length: three months – last day 12/23/2022

hours: 8am to 5pm, m-f

 

please note (important):  this is an onsite, in-office role.  no other options available.  this is a project-based w2, not 1099.

 

responsibilities for job include quality systems specialist but are not limited to:   

  • migrate quality management system (qms) documents from support central legacy location to new box location.
  • edit documents to apply updated storage location information, watermark and hyperlinks.
  • determine applicable metadata for each document (e.g. business unit, functional area, discipline, last reviewed date, version etc.
  • copy updated document to new repository using new folder structure.
  • communication and implementation of continuous improvement ideas as applicable.

    qualifications for this quality systems specialist job:

  • strong computer skills with proficiency in microsoft applications (powerpoint, word, excel)
  • must have previous experience editing wiki documents and have html coding knowledge (beginner).
  • prior experience using inter / intranet-based applications including data collection and manipulation.
  • detail orientated, ability to work independently and solve problems
  • ability to operate within a fast-paced environment that requires high energy, and a positive can-do attitude when faced with tight timelines
