everything is smoked and cooked on site so a knowledge of bbq would be advantageous but not essential as full training is given.

you need to be self-motivated with passion, and have experience in commercial kitchens.

you will need to maintain exceptional food hygiene standards, and ideally have achieved level 2 food safety hygiene qualification.
