we are an award-winning web agency in huddersfield helping smes make more money online, guiding charities so they can create bigger impact and generally doing good work with good people. your job as the digital marketer will be to help us develop our brand and reputation further and continue delivering results for clients with organic and paid campaigns.

our perfect candidate enjoys a small team environment and is a star when it comes to managing all the moving pieces of marketing campaigns. you will need to be organised, detail oriented and great at working with all the people across the team and company.

duties will include:

- working to improve the organic search rankings for own websites and our clients

- formulate / plan and carry out search marketing strategies

- implement link building/outreach strategies

- work with our development team to resolve and manage any technical seo issues

- managing and optimise ppc campaigns across search and social

- be the main contact to clients to manage / report on campaigns

- create monthly campaign reports to clients

- improving our seo & ppc processes

- be proactive in implementing / developing new tools, ranking rule changes and service offering

- conversion optimisation of ecommerce websites

skills and abilities:

- 2+ years of experience in the world of digital marketing.

- experience with seo, knowledge and use of seo tools

- some technical knowledge of seo and preferably some knowledge of wordpress

- a number cruncher, comfortable tracking and looking at the numbers to tell a story of what's working and what's not.

- detail-oriented, organised and a stickler for high standards.

- creative problem solver, someone who's positive and outspoken.

- a talent for offering feedback, delegating and keeping the team up to speed.

- ability to form strong relationships, whether it's internal or external.
