a delightful opportunity has become available to work in the stunning location of californie in cannes.
our clients (a family of 4) are seeking a switched on and experienced domestic couple for their beautiful, fully renovated residence, which consists of 600 sq metres and comes with a delightful and tranquil sea view.
it is essential that the couple are animal lovers, and are happy to provide animal care for 3 small dogs.
duties required, not limited to:
full housekeeping including laundry & ironing
twice weekly cleaning
vacuuming and mopping
laundry management
wardrobe management
unpacking of suitcases
preparing breakfast for the 2 children, age 11 and 14
cooking healthy, simple meals using, fresh organic produce
shopping locally for groceries & sundries
preparing for arrival and departure of family members and guests
assisting with entertaining and serving
providing security is of the highest priority, and there is a requirement for the couple to be present at the residence to provide communication with the alarm/security company on a permanent basis
estate maintenance
driving duties
assisting with the gardening
managing and overseeing contractors
taking in deliveries
couple requirements:
eu working permits or eu passport holders required
at least one person to preferably speak & understand french
both must drive
excellent use of initiative and common sense to know what needs to be done
ability to self-manage
switched-on and hands-on
completing jobs to an excellent standard and take pride in their work
provide animal care when required
no pets or children
non smokers
accommodation: a fully renovated 2-bedroom house separate to main residence with own private garden. car provided for work use.
days of work/hours: standard working hours, with flexibility. the principals enjoy their privacy, so require the couple to work when jobs need doing and when they have guests staying. flexibility is essential.
salary: €5,000-€6,000 net per month, depending on experience
