an exciting opportunity has arisen for highly motivated individuals to help support our complex care and dementia ward, kerensa.
the ward aims to facilitate safe timely discharge by proactive assessment, treatment and discharge planning to return patients to their normal residence or other care setting.
we are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic and challenging environment and will remain focused on delivering the trusts core objectives of high quality patient care.
we are looking for energetic, forward thinking flexible and self-motivated individuals to join our team. these posts involve a variety of nights, weekdays and weekend shifts. there are opportunities for full and part-time hours. the post holders must be able to work in a team and autonomously when required, and be committed to delivering care of a high standard to our patients. experience in an acute healthcare setting would be an advantage
the applicants must have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and undertake new skills.
