• we have a new and exciting opportunity with our client to provide security officers who will be based in essex. this is a role for people who like to be outdoors and on the go daily but carrying out different tasks so you will never get bored which is a bonus, as this role is like no other!

you are provided with training before starting your shifts. this will ensure you know your job role to the best of your ability.

4 on 4 off, 12 hours days, nights and weekends

pay rate: £10 to 11per hour

main tasks:

• gatehouse duties, controlling ingress and egress

• searching people

• searching lorries

• issuing out passes

• barrier control

• dealing with incidents and issues in the correct manor

• ensuring the process is running smoothly from start to finish

• making sure health and safety is being demonstrated whilst working

main responsibilities:

• be vigilant at all times

• ensure all patrols are carried out fully and on time

• excellent written/verbal communication skills and customer service

• reporting skills

• wear full uniform at all times and correctly

• excellent time management and organisational skills

• be a self-motivated team player

requirements:

• right to work documents. up to date and valid documents.

• dbs. if you have not got a dbs we are able to as a company, apply for a dbs for yourself but please be aware that the payment will come out of your first months wages.

• national insurance, 2x proofs of addresses.

• valid sia license.
