Tele marketing executive # - united kingdom, aylesbury, buckinghamshire

we are based in aylesbury and are currently looking for a telemarketing executive to work within a team. the main purpose of this position is to ensure that you will be contacting open market clients and achieving this by providing them with relevant information about our hr services.
this role will require you to possess excellent questioning and listening skills and to take ownership of your work by using your own initiative enabling you to problem solve. you must be able to work within agreed but very rewarding performance targets.
the main responsibilities of this role will include:
dealing with inbound calls from customers to assist and provide them with information about our services.
making outbound calls in the open market and offering them our hr services and creating warm leads
ensuring customers are provided with the information they need and follow up with them at regular intervals.
regularly achieving service, and productivity targets
flexible to visit clients for meetings and marketing leads with a colleague.
initially, we want candidates to work only 1 month part-time and we need to see the performance so later we can make this long-term full time. ( salary + attractive commission)
