we are currently looking to recruit an experienced assistant food and beverage manager for this luxury hotel. this is a deputy management role to assist in overseeing the food and beverage operation which includes an award winning 2 rosette restaurant, stylish brasserie, bars, lounge & terrace plus multiple conference & banqueting suits.

a hotel & country club situated in forest row, one of the most sought-after country hotels in sussex. the hotel has a beautiful spa. the dining offering includes a 2 aa rosettes, 90 cover restaurant, a 60 cover brassiere, a busy lounges & terrace, room service and extensive event spaces catering for up to 600 covers over a busy weekend.
