old london road café exists to serve every guest the best variety of great coffee, fresh food, at a reasonable price, in an easy, airy, attractive and clean environment. our talented baristas use only fresh, top quality ingredients, while being skillful and striving to consistently deliver pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient service.

our company is looking to hire a barista to work in our dynamic team. we're looking for a person who has a passion for the hospitality industry and is willing to learn quickly. the successful candidate will possess the ability to remain calm under pressure and will be an excellent representative of our company's values. this position will offer flexible hours.

in this role, you’ll be making coffees/smoothies and serving food in the café– and some days, you’ll be working in our prep kitchen making open sandwiches. on top of this, you will also train to be a barista. it’s a varied role with scope to learn and progress – and you’ll be working with a bunch of the nicest, kindest people.
