general maintenance person required for seale hayne which is a business campus in newton abbot.
duties include general maintenance of the buildings, gardening, painting and refurbishment of offices. ability to work as part of a team is important. knowledge of electrics and plumbing would be useful.
5 days a week, 8 hours a day. between 8am-4.30pm with a half an hour for lunch.
