the hogarth medispa weekend part time receptionist

a part time weekend receptionist has become available at the hogarth health club.

the role will include a combination of reception duties with an immediate start.

the hogarth medispa offers a wide range of medical and beauty treatments available to members and non-members.

the successful candidate will be enthusiastic and able to clearly demonstrate excellent customer service and administrative skills.

we are looking for a friendly, pro-active, efficient individual to join our ever-growing team.

candidates should always be pleasant and enjoy maintaining the high standards that our patients expect.

principle duties:

* to support the medispa reception manager

* to meet and greet patients/clients

* providing excellent service by answering calls, making appointments, taking payments

* assists in maintaining a professional front desk and reception area

* create excellent experience for clients through friendly and helpful attitude

* assist in social media

position requirements:

* the ability to make our clients feel extra special on their wellbeing journey

* customer service industry required

* ability to work with others in a fun, fast paced environment

* well-presented and very organised

* excellent written english is essential

* highly committed to deliver a high level of customer service

* excellent computer skills required

* to assist the medispa therapists and practitioners.

training provided.

hours: weekend every other saturday and sunday – 8 hours per week plus additional hours available for holiday cover.
