£23,000 - £26,000 base salary plus tronc earnings of approximately £7,500 p/a. (£30,500 - £33,500 ote)

we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic chef de partie to join our team full-time .

heron opened in july 2021 as a relaxed but professional fine dining restaurant in the heart of leith, recently named by time out as the fourth coolest neighbourhood in the world. we run a small a la carte and a tasting menu using the best seasonal produce from our extensive list of local suppliers and artisans.

being recommended in the michelin guide.

shortlisted for ‘best breakthrough’ at the gq food and drink awards.

named one of edinburgh’s best new restaurants in the wall street journal

who we are looking for:

someone with the ability to run their own section confidently and efficiently as part of a small team. experience working in a fine dining environment is

preferred but not necessary.

chefs with an eagerness to learn and move the team forward with new ideas and contributions would be ideal.
