our client is a market leading organisation and this is an excellent opportunity to join in a new compliance manager role. this is a new role to the business and you will be able to add real value to internal processes managing compliance, risks, data protection, auditing and external client relationships. managing a small team you will have a passion for continuous business improvement with a real focus on risk & compliance in an a fast-paced environment.

responsibilities

develop and manage compliance strategy

ensure that appropriate controls and monitoring are in place to assess compliance. in particular, manage an internal regulatory compliance framework to ensure we have the correct mechanisms in place

develop and provide a proactive compliance management system for the contracts, with a focus on ensuring statutory/mandatory compliance

implement and maintain system-based tools and reports to measure compliance and work with individual compliance team members to mitigate risks and deliver improvements, evidenced by mi.

play a key role within the overall management team as key member driving compliance and quality across the business embedding it within the culture.

provide guidance and support to stakeholders across the business

managing a small team you will have a passion for continuous business improvement with a real focus on risk & compliance in an a fast-paced environment.

analyse change and ensure that the compliance framework adapts to operational, business and legal changes.

ideal experience required:

• excellent attention to detail & strong problem solving skills

• excellent communication & stakeholder management

• auditing experience

experience of implementing iso 27001 and iso 9001
