experienced barista wanted for growing community interest company. greenhouse community cic. we have been established as an employability provider for the local area, with a central goal to empower individuals with learning difficulties into further employment. the cafe functions as a learning environment for trainees, but also as a local eatery.

who are trained as a barista/have relevant experience in making coffee based beverages in a pressured environment.
who have an interest in catering and food services and are aware of food safety standards.
who have a keen eye for detail and are always looking to achieve the best results.
who have an interest in aiding our employability officers by monitoring, reporting and occasionally giving advice to new trainees.
who exhibit strong team working skills and are comfortable working under pressure.
who are very comfortable working with members of the public.
who have an interest in growing into senior positions as the company expands over the next 3 years.
