full time care co-ordinator required for busy domiciliary home care office in morecambe lancashire.
the successful applicant must have a minimum n/svq level 3 in health and social care. they must also have at least one years’ experience of working in an office environment dealing with rotas, social services, service users and their families, support staff and their concerns.
the successful candidate needs to have experience of writing support plans and risk assessments, conducting reviews of services and carry out inductions and supervision of staff.
they must have good numeracy, literacy and it skills and be able to communicate well with various individuals with differing needs and communication ability. they must be able to give and take direction.
a car driver is essential for this post
