adecco is hiring immediately for human resource generalists with a local client in lynchburg, va. human resource generalists perform essential duties with pay starting at $25.00/hour. in this role, you will run the daily functions of the human resource (hr) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

 

requirements:

1 – 3 years of experience

experience with employee relations and ceridian dayforce is a plus

working hr knowledge – preferably manufacturing

knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities

strong administration and organizational skills

advanced computer skills - data entry, data processing, communication tools, and payroll and hr software

strong excel skills

excellent verbal and written communication skills

excellent problem-solving skills

resourceful

professional demeanor

ability to work in a fast-paced environment

ability to maintain confidence

ability to maintain confidentiality
