floor screeding labourer, transporting screed to the floor layer, either by wheel barrow or by screed pump. once ahead of the layer come in and muck in. we also do prep, insulating, damp proofing and sound proofing. can learn on the job
i'm looking for someone who is strong, motivated, has initiative, punctual and can rely on everyday. team work makes the dream work and in a team of two sometimes 3 i need a labourer that cares and puts in 100 percent effort. i will teach on the job everything to know and hoping to expand my buisness, its a very good opportunity to learn a trade and have full time work.
it's manual hard graft job so need someone who can push themselves and isn't afraid of hard work. swings and roundabouts, early days and late days, but the faster you get it in, the sooner we go home!
needs to be someone local to worthing as its pick up drop off, unless you have a mode of transport then can meet in place and drive together.
