Senior site manager - united kingdom, southwark, london
i am currently working with a leading tier 1 main contractor in assisting them with finding a senior site manager for their project based in central london.
you will be responsible for the fit out of around 5 floors on a project circa £110m, the contract lasts for around 18 months. there will be an on site project director who you will be reporting into and you will be in a team of 3 senior construction managers, underneath you there will be 5 construction managers so experience in holding progress reports is key for your application to be successful. managing on commercial projects above £25m is also very important.
